well, in lots of ways. i eat well. i pay attention to what i put in and on my body. that includes clothes and products. i *try* to get exercise to the best of my ability, being a busy single mom it’s not always easy to find time to dedicate to wellness.
i maintain my mind and feelings as well. i make sure i take care of my spiritual side as well.
health is an all around picture, of wholebeingness, so i also make sure to keep the people around me clean. clean of hatred and strife. clean of ulterior motives. clean of dismissiveness and discrimination. i curate my tribe as an ongoing part of my health and wellness.
