honestly, if i would have been answering this question a couple of years ago i would have said not well. but i have done a lot of personal work in the last few years and a lot of realizations have been part of that work.
i honestly often feel like i am not very good at managing stress, but then when i look at the amount of stress i have to manage … it’s like … ya, i actually do pretty ok at it.
i am 98% sure if someone else had the amount piled on their plate that i do in a day, they’d spontaneously combust.
i think i manage stress pretty ok.
