um … in the middle of those things …
try your best
that’s more important to me.
sometimes you don’t really *get* to participate, even if you tried your best, and that’s ok too! and winning isn’t everything, lord knows i’ve won a lot of things that never got me anywhere.
but trying your best … well … you can never go wrong with that one!
