It depends on the day … sometimes I am out before my head even hits the pillow. Sometimes it can take hours to fall asleep.
I am not sure what the rhyme or reason is, either. I just take it as it comes, really. And I try to listen to things that help me feel sleepy. I like crime podcasts a lot. This one in particular, Criminally Listed, is my favourite. The guy has a really interesting way of talking that totally knocks me out!
